Updated room, comfortable bed, elegant bathroom. Panoramic view of the lake. Nice location, within a close distance from Discovery World Science Museum. And right by so many bars and restaurants and the historic nature and the establishment.

Everything went as booked. Thought I might have a problem because I made the reservation through Booked.net but all was smooth at checkin. Convient self parking garage.

Wonderful stay
My main complaint is that we booked a tower room, and as we only stayed for one night, we didn't realize that they didn't give us a tower room until after we had checked out.

The staff went over and above in accommodating our stay! They were all very friendly and helpful. The Cafe staff were excellent as well!

The public areas are very lovely although the carpet needs a good cleaning.
The rooms are tired looking. The furniture is dented and scratched up. The wallpaper has been poorly patched and repaired. The bathroom tub showers are old and small. The carpets need cleaning. Wi Fi is available in the rooms at a high cost. It's a pain to go to the lobby to get free Wi Fi.
